Meet The President

Tim Lockridge

Tim founded Lockrul Construction Company with Herb Krul, utilizing over 60 years of combined experience to develop their vision of a reputable general contractor in San Diego County. Leveraging his strong long-term relationships and experience, Tim has built a team of professionals that are passionate about getting the job done right and providing unparalleled customer service.

Tim graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has been immersed in San Diego’s construction industry since. He has a reputation for having a positive attitude, being highly organized, and producing high quality work.

Throughout the years, Tim has worked closely with building owners, construction managers, and architects to manage the course of various projects. Tim’s projects range from ground ups, tenant improvements, re-imaging projects, R&D labs, and corporate headquarters.

He currently resides in San Diego with his wife and two young sons. When not working, he enjoys San Diego and all that it has to offer by hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family.
